Especially with increasing product variety and volumes, a well-planned material flow is crucial for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our flat belt conveyors create fast, secure, and structured transport routes—directly between workstations, assembly lines, or testing areas. This minimizes manual transport, shortens lead times, and makes the entire production process noticeably more efficient.
Are standard solutions standing in the way of your production? Every manufacturing process is unique—volumes, components, and layouts differ. Often, standard conveyors or modular systems are not the ideal fit, making material flows unnecessarily complicated. We provide solutions that are precisely tailored to your products, components, and process requirements.
PFB 30 – light loads, ideal for small components
- Body: Thick-walled, anodized aluminum profile with a continuous T-slot for easy attachment of accessories. Sliding support via 3 mm sheet metal – steel as standard, stainless steel as an option. Includes slot for T-nuts.
- Ideally suited for light loads. Please specify the transport weight and the intended application.
- Belt length: Center-to-center distance from 500 to 3,000 mm. Longer lengths available upon request.
- Belt width: Effective width from 30 to 300 mm.
- Roller diameter: 30 mm as standard.
- Drive position: Optional right or left; available as a head drive (side or bottom mount), pulling or pushing, or as a center drive.
- Drive: Equipped as standard with a worm gear motor 230/400 V, 50 Hz; power output 45, 90, or 120 W. Custom voltages available.
- Belt speed: Constant conveying speed selectable from 2 to 20 m/min. Variable speeds available in combination with a frequency inverter.
- Belt: Two-ply polyester fabric with a PVC or PU coating; textured or smooth, heat-resistant, cut-resistant, oil- and emulsion-resistant—depending on the application.
- Belt support: From a length of 2,500 mm, support rollers with a 30 mm diameter are integrated beneath the conveyor body.
- Support stand: Anodized aluminum profile. Castors (with or without brakes) or height-adjustable leveling feet available upon request.
- Custom versions / Accessories: FDA-compliant designs, lateral guides, oil drip trays, RAL color finishes, and electrical components such as photocell controls or motor protection switches are available.

- Ideally suited for standard loads up to 60 kg. Please specify the transport weight and the intended application.
- Belt length: Center-to-center distance from 500 to 6,000 mm. Longer lengths available upon request.
- Belt width: Effective width from 100 to 600 mm.
- Roller diameter: 60 mm as standard.
- Drive position: Optional right or left; available as a head drive (side or bottom mount), pulling or pushing, or as a center drive.
- Drive: Equipped as standard with a worm gear motor (230/400 V, 50 Hz); power output 180 or 250 W. Custom voltages available.
